HR & Talent Recruitment Specialist

Mitrex, an Integrated solar and construction solution provider, is looking for an experienced, full-time, permanent Talent Recruitment Specialist to help us in this endeavour. We are planning to hire over 1,500 People by 2023-2024 and looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist who can help us in this process.

At Mitrex, we develop and manufacture solar construction materials for buildings and large structures (Mitrex.com). As the world's first manufacturer to develop customizable solar solutions, we are revolutionizing the construction industry, while helping to move the world toward clean, sustainable energy production.

COMPETENCIES

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience in Start up companies is an asset

  •  

    Highly organized with exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  •  

    A self-starter with the knowledge, experience, and skills to lead and drive recruitment initiatives to completion

  •  

    Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  •  

    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and other computer software

  •  

    ADP Workforce Application experience is an asset

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, testing, and arranging interviews to the management of offers
  • Create and maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Use various sourcing methods and our applicant tracking system to develop interested and talented candidates
  • Coordinate all new hire paperwork (reference check, outstanding documents, etc. for on-boarding and payroll purposes)
  • Assist with the day-to-day administration of HR activities, including employment offer letters, contracts, employment verification letters, and reports as necessary
  • Enter and audit new employee information into the HRIS database
  • Be the first point of contact for employee and other HR tasks as required
