SEO and Digital Marketing Coordinator

Mitrex, an Integrated solar and construction solution provider, is looking for an experienced, full-time, permanent Digital Marketing Coordinator to optimize the company’s digital assets and social media channels. We are looking for a subject matter expert in digital content optimization activities through various channels with the objective of driving and attaining traffic and sales.

  • 3+ years experience in a digital marketing related position with a track record of delivering results through SEO, SEM email marketing, social media marketing, and Facebook/Google ad campaigns
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Must be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be organized, confident, goal-oriented, and have excellent time management skills
  • Must be results-driven, and be effective working with a sales team
  • Must be willing to invest time toward self-improvement to achieve and surpass goals
  • Must have a passion for the industry, sustainability, and solar energy
  • Expert in Google: Analytics, Console Search, Tag Manager, Adsense, and Adx
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Experience working with SEM rush is an asset



  • Drive the development of cost-effective acquisition strategies and tactics to increase leads and our sales pipeline
  • Manage SEO for the company and improve organic search engine performance through goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines
  • Assist with copywriting, captions, hashtags, captivating headlines, and creating thumbnails
  • Plan, develop and implement the SEO strategy
  • Offsite link building
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research
  • Identify key SEO KPIs
  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Identify and refine our target audiences on an ongoing basis
  • Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
  • Work with the development team to implement SEO best practices
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO & digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Perform regular, internal linking audits, site speed audits, make suggestions, and implement changes
  • Complete regular competitor analyses, make recommendations, and implement any changes
  • Prepare a content calendar to support the online presence of the company
