Mitrex, an Integrated solar and construction solution provider, is looking for an experienced, full-time, permanent Corporate Relationship Developer to support our new Solar Energy System targeted the construction industry.

SUMMARY: 

Your primary responsibilities as our Corporate Relationship Developer include managing our full lifecycle recruiting processes to hire senior professionals across all teams including Professional Services, Sales, Production professionals, Architects, Designers etc. To shine in this role, you will bring a rare combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities and an “out of box” mindset. You have work experience in developing industry relationships and connections, interviewing, and evaluating candidates in a senior corporate environment.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition and relationship management, specifically in developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies and recruitment programs.
  • Innovative mindset, bold thinking and a “out of the box” approach to sourcing talent is a must. Inquisitive and research orientated.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies that build the candidate pipeline and guide the recruitment process to closure.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills to present alternative solutions and minimize high-risk situations.
  • Solid understanding of full lifecycle recruiting with candidate relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for high quality recruiting
  • screening and interviewing to fill existing job openings through effective communication with appropriate department supervisors and managers
  • Conduct office interviews
  • Ensure all recruitment collateral (job postings, job ads, career fair information) is professional, creative and meets company standards
  • Maintain knowledge of recruitment strategies by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
  • Partner with department managers to assess personnel needs to prepare and implement the recruitment process and strategies.
  • Post job openings to career boards, and other media outlets as well as internally.
  • Evaluate industry leaders and company needs
  • Provide information on company operations and career opportunities to outside agencies and potential applicants.
  • Attend industry events tradeshows to develop relationships
  • Source and engage candidates through a variety of creative sourcing channels.
  • Extend and negotiate compensation packages, manage subsequent offer, or contract generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
