Position Summary

The Quick Service Outlet/Cafe server will provide guests with excellent customer service while maintaining the standards of the outlet.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Day to day running of the Quick Service Outlet coffee/cafe shop 
• Be responsible for float, change and cash deposits
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the outlet
• Any other duties that are necessary for the outlet to run efficiently

Qualifications:

• Superior social and customer service skills 
• Excellent organizational & decision making skills
• Professional manner
• Smart Serve Certificate
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday
