What Will You Be Doing?

  • Oversee the production and distribution of documents including review of various templates
  • Coordinate with clients, help them understand and optimize the various solutions available
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics

 

What Do You Need to Have?

  • You must be proficient in using computers and various software like Excel and Word
  • You must be detail oriented with good grammar and writing skills
  • 5+ years of experience in an Office Admin role
  • Willing to work in-office in London, Ontario 
  • Possess reliable transportation
