Bookkeeper / Office Administrator

Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Salary range $55,000-$65,000
We are an established manufacturing company located in the 204st- 64 Ave area of Langley, and we are currently seeking a full-time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team.
Their ideal candidate will have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to accurately complete work to a deadline along with a desire to work in an exciting ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Payroll (ADP) and benefits
- Invoice customers
- Maintain and reconcile A/R and A/P including collections.
- Preparing weekly cash-flows.
- Preparing financials for month-end and year-end.
- Carrying out general office and administrative support.
- Completing government filings including GST returns, payroll remittances, and WCB remittances.
Requirements:
- Excellent accounting and finance knowledge and skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of ERP Financials Software
- Adaptable
- High attention to detail and well organized
