We are a precast concrete manufacturing company located in Hardwood Lands, N.S. (Near Milford - 30 mins from HRM, 25 min from Truro)

Precast concrete involves pouring concrete into molds to make durable, functional products used for homes and businesses. We create products with a long, useful lifecycles that stand the test of time. We have a wide variety of skill sets in out team and we can find a position that suits your skills. We also take pride in developing skills, which leads to new positions and opportunities.

Our large building allows for most of our work to be completed indoors. This means better quality products and better working conditions. We are CSA certified and have a quality control program to ensure we meet high production standards. Manufacturing takes an attention to detail and a desire to create and build.

Precast is consider “off-site construction”, which is a quickly growing segment of the construction industry. Many people prefer working at the same location everyday, versus being bounced around jobsites. In bad weather you can still work indoors, which allows for stable paychecks week-week.

Qualifications:

• All training will be provided
• Experience working with concrete an asset, but is not necessary.
• A positive attitude and work ethic will be recognized and rewarded.
• We can work with any general labourer to make them a skilled labourer.
• Experience as a machine operator or quality control experience will increase starting wage.
