Branch Administrator

We are the Maritimes' only John Deere Dealership with 15 locations to serve you.
We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Branch Administrator at our Stratford, PEI location.

Purpose:
Performs a full range of administrative support duties for dealership location.
Responsibilities:

Receives telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to proper parties within the dealership

Greeting customers as needed and directing them to proper area or staff

Receives incoming mail and distributes to proper individuals

Posting payments as required, balancing cash, and preparing bank deposits

Making deposits at bank and getting any required change for tills

Maintain petty cash for location

Provide administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments at the location
- Order office, coffee and bathroom supplies for the store location
- Completion of Stihl warranty
- Responsible for company vehicle registration and other registration of the location
- Posting AP invoices
- Submitting bi-weekly payroll
- Assist other Branch staff as needed and other tasks as required by Management

Ensure all tasks are completed in efficient manner resulting in accurate and timely results
Requirements and Skills:
- Solid clerical expertise
- General accounting knowledge
- Strong people and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Secondary education/college diploma in related field would be an asset
- Be respectful and demonstrate sound work ethics
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Must have a valid drivers license and ability to travel for training as required

Salary range: $38,000/yr-$40,000/yr
