Position Overview:
As a Regeneration Expert, you will be primarily responsible for driving business growth, demonstrating clinical applications of our products, and expanding our customer base. Your role involves prospecting and acquiring new customers while introducing existing ones to our diverse product range. Alongside internal customer and sales support teams, you will focus on creating an exceptional customer experience.
Compensation:
Annual Base salary $60,000.00
Car allowance $9,000.00 annually
Communication allowance 960.00 annually
Growth Incentive $18,000.00 annually uncapped (Measured and paid monthly)

Essential Job Functions:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Integrity-Based Sales Approach: Create, pursue, and win business opportunities through a sales approach grounded in integrity.
- Client Engagement: Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospects and existing clients.
- Event Representation: Represent the company at tradeshows and other sponsored events to promote our products.
- CRM Utilization: Effectively manage and document all customer interactions and activities within the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Opportunity Management: Utilize the CRM's Opportunity management tool to advance new business opportunities.
- Sales Goals: Achieve monthly sales goals and activity objectives.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to increase brand awareness.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor competitive environments and stay updated on market requirements related to our product portfolio.
- Customer Engagement (Daily): 3 booked or pre-planned meetings, 10-15 Customer Engagement via phone, email or SMS, 2 New opportunities daily
- Educational Collaboration: Work with the Clinical Science Team to develop education strategies for prospects and customers.
- Product Training: Organize and conduct product training sessions for professional organizations and customers.
- Field Presence: Spend 50% of your time with direct customers engagement.
Requirements:
- Dental Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with dental industry experience, such as sales representatives, dental assistants, or hygienists.
- Self-Starter: Must be a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual.
- Team Player: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer Service Skills: Possess exceptional customer service skills to build and foster customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with mobile CRM systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Power BI experience is a benefit.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in a business-to-business sales environment is an asset.
