Sales Representative / Account Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with personality and drive to join our growing team.

We sell everything hiring and recruitment including  Job Posting Distribution, Recruiting and Recruitment Technology in the way of an ATS and Employee Onboarding system.

This role is  working from our Mississauga office currently at Dixie and Derry but moving in a few months to Tomken and Timberlea.

You must have personality, be witty, be a quick thinker to have strong conversations and build rapport and a relationship.

This is a sales role and an account management role.

You must be a strong caller, able to call 60+ prospects a day to build your book of business. After a short while the calls get less as you now manage your book of business.

This is a career opportunity.  You must want to be making $100,000 to $300,000 annually and be willing to put the work in.

You must speak CLEAR FLUENT ENGLISH

You will be calling HR Managers, Recruiters, Department Heads, Hiring Managers, VP's, Presidents and Owners. You must have confidence.

 

If you have been told you should be in sales we can work with you. If you have been a waitress, bartender, customer service agent and you desire more out of life we can work with you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Seek, identify, follow up and close sales on leads and opportunities that have been provided
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Assist with closing business and maintaining re occurring clients
  • Book appointments/meetings for sales
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • CRM experience is a big asset
  • The desire to succeed in a competitive environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service approach
  • Adaptable problem-solver and team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to negotiate, prepare pricing and close deals
  • Manage all your clients, follow up with them, keep them satisfied so they re buy
