Parts Counter Sales Representative

Green Diamond Equipment is your Maritimes' John Deere dealership with 15 locations to serve you.

We are looking for a dedicated person to fill the position of Parts Counter Sales Rep at our Woodstock, NB location.

Purpose:
Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. In addition performs in-store customer service and stocking duties.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for counter sales with a focus on internal/external customer satisfaction
• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
• Records all sales and/or counter transactions that occur.
• Assist with the verification, stocking, and ordering of parts
• Process all parts orders in full when parts leave with customer.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
• Maintain attractive and current showroom displays
• Assists in working on any reports, projects or parts related duties given by Parts Manager
• Work with other departments as directed by Parts Manager

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Must have computer experience
• Previous parts / retail experience preferred
• Knowledge of Agricultural equipment an asset
• Forklift license an asset
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
