Newsletter Writer / Marketing and Database Manager – Part Time Remote

We are looking for a person to manage and execute our  monthly newsletters and specials for our 8 brands. This is approximately a 60-80 hour per month position.

This can be a remote work from home position, though our office is in Mississauga.

 

The job entails the following:

  • Going into our various CRM’s doing a search of new contacts in a month, clean them, then import them into Constant Contact.
  • Searching out potential clients from databases we buy and entering them into Constant Contact.
  • Regularly maintaining the Constant contact lists
  • Working with our graphic designer to complete monthly specials artwork
  • Writing 8 newsletters monthly and submitting them for approval. This is usually 2-3 articles monthly per newsletter plus news such  as unemployment rates, workforce changes etc.
  • Building the newsletters in Constant Contact combining articles with marketing messages you would have developed with our graphic designer.
  • We do 8 specials emails early in the month, 10 monthly newsletters and 8 specials emails the last 2 days of the month.

 

All material would need to be built and reviewed 2 weeks prior to send date. You must be organized and get materials completed on time.

You will be fully responsible for getting all brands email marketing and newsletters out on a monthly basis.

We are in the employment, recruitment, and recruitment technology business so someone with a background or knowledge of recruitment and or technology would be a great fit.

This is a contract position. Pay will be dependent on experience. Pay is an hourly rate plus a bonus on outcomes.
