Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Facility Maintenance / Property Management

About the position:

We are currently searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be part of our dynamic team. This person will report to our Account Manager and work as a part of a team to deliver great service to our large enterprise clients.

Training is preferred(not required) in the office in Milton, Ontario  but everything else is Work From Home!

 

A regular day for you would look like this:

  • Creating Forms
  • Managing Dispatch of Vendors
  • Responding to Service Calls
  • Sourcing External Contractors
  • Preparing Quotes for Clients

 

Must-haves!

  • Completion of High School Diploma
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Computer savvy – experience using MS Office
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Experience working in Property Management or Facility Maintenance is a big plus!!!

 

Why Work Here:

  • This position can be performed entirely from home (in Canada!). We do however prefer training in the office in Milton, Ontario
  • Required to work 37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Start time is flexible just ask.
  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

 

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
