Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of the truck shop, ensuring high-quality service and efficient workflow
• Manage and train mechanics to uphold company standards and achieve performance goals
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, rules and regulations by all employees under their supervision as required by the company and legislation
• Responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory

Qualifications:

• Licensed 310T Mechanic/Diesel Technician
• 2+ years of work experience in a supervisory/management role
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Experienced supervisor with a talent for motivating and leading, with a strong focus on teamwork.
