Since opening in 2011, we have steadily grown and now build jobs upwards of $12-25 million dollars.
As we continue to grow our team, we are currently looking for a Plumbing Foreman/Supervisor to help with our large projects. We offer above industry standard wages starting at $58.00 per hour, full comprehensive benefits, RRSP company plan, and a probation bonus of $2,000.00.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- At the forefront of our company's growth and success, responsible for the project from conception to completion.
- Oversee and run challenging and diverse projects in a collaborative environment, ensuring that the projects flow smoothly
- Work directly with the general contractor’s site supervisor, attend site meetings, and review answers of meeting minutes
- Provide leadership to the crew, carry out the BIM design efficiently, as well as coordinate between the BIM team and pre-fab shop
- Identify, track, and mitigate potential project issues in advance (including man loading labor, ordering, scope gaps, subcontractor errors, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Red Seal Journeyman Plumber certification
- 5+ years of plumbing experience
- Tower experience and/or wood frame experience a bonus
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Effective leadership and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
