Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work on residential projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Layout floor plans and shop drawings 
• Includes installing condominiums 
• Run a 3 - 6 man crew and completing tasks on a day-to-day basis
• Suite and shaft layout
• Day-to-day communication with PM's and other trades on-site

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Sheet Metal license
• 3+ years of experience in sheet metal industry
• Experience in residential and commercial settings
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license
