Roles & Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position the company in the market and maintain a competitive edge
- Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales or customer service role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and competent using a laptop PC to use proprietary software to manage sales/leads
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with the public and understands their needs
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and evolving market demands
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with industry-specific sales practices and experience in the HVAC field

Compensation:
- $18.50/hour plus commissions on scheduled appointments
