Your mission:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records, support efficient stock management, and resolve discrepancies to ensure seamless operations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to excellence in inventory control.

 

In this role you will:

  • Receive incoming materials into our electronic inventory management systems (GP and MyCentre)
  • Maintain organized, structured inventory shelving and labeling systems
  • Manage inventory using FIFO
  • Process inventory transactions
  • Kitting in a production environment, adhere to our Product Quality guidelines and complete inventory processing
  • Support with cycle counts
  • Assist with issuing kits to production
  • Fulfill requisitions for operations
  • Create and issue run tracking documentation packages
  • Execute KanBan fulfillment processes
  • Handle material request fulfillment
  • Carry out QEMS waste monitoring duties

 

This role might be right for you if you have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience in a receiving role would be advantageous
  • High school diploma  or equivalent
  • College certifications an asset
  • Solid understanding of basic transactional accounting principles
  • Experience with inventory software such as MS Dynamics would be an asset
  • Strong computer skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Ability to perform in a high-pace environment
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes when needed
