Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC systems, including boilers, furnaces, etc.)

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues

• Provide solutions and recommendations to clients

• Communicate effectively with clients, delivering exceptional customer service

• Follow all building codes, safety standards, and company protocols

Qualifications:

• 4th year apprenticeship or Journeyman Plumbing license
• 3+ years of experience in the plumbing service industry
• Skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex plumbing and HVAC issues efficiently
• Strong communication skills for relationship building with our clients
• Valid driver's license

With our performance pay model, skilled technicians are earning $10,000+ per month, with additional bonuses for achieving targets. Most of our technicians are making between $10,000-$14,000 per month!
