HVAC Service Technician

As we continue to grow our team, we are currently looking for a Service HVAC Technician to join our service division. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Perform maintenance and repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and ventilation equipment. 
• Install and replace HVAC components, including thermostats, compressors, and evaporator coils. 
• Log all materials used in ServiceTitan on each job.
• Quote and present solutions with upfront pricing and obtain customers approval before starting any work
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on jobs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain findings and recommended solutions
• Maintain company-provided tools and vehicles in good condition

Qualifications:

• Journeyman HVAC license/ticket
• Minimum 4 years experience in the HVAC industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
