Insurance Technical Support Services Administrator

Our client in Mississauga is currently looking for a Technical Support Services Administrator. This will be for an insurance brokerage who requires someone with previous experience in Administration, minimum of 2 years. This is an insurance brokerage and they would prefer someone with knowledge of the insurance industry; however, are willing to train the right individual providing they come with the appropriate experience within administration and openness in learning.
Position Overview
- Prepare various client and third-party correspondence
- Policy issuance including billing requests to national billing team
- Investigating billing discrepancies
- Bordereau input and reconciliation
- Processing and handling in/outbound mail and courier
- Reception relief
- Other duties or projects as assigned within the department
Position Requirements
- 2 years administrative experience
- Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player – ability to adapt to and work cooperatively with various individuals
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Previous experience with Applied Epic is an asset as well as other insurance software
