As a Hospital Supervisor at LWDH, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every patient receives top-quality care, supporting the hospital vision of providing extraordinary care for every patient, while keeping the hospital running smoothly. No two shifts are the same - one moment, you might be assisting with urgent care coordination, and the next, you could be supporting staff through challenging situations. Qualifications

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated leader with:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - you’ll be guiding and supporting staff in high-pressure situations
• A passion for teamwork - you love collaborating with diverse teams, from frontline workers to executive leadership
• A commitment to excellence - you understand the importance of infection control,
• patient safety, and hospital efficiency
• Knowledge of relevant legislation & policies - including RHPA, HCCA, Occupational Health & Safety, and more
