As a Hospital Supervisor at LWDH, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every patient receives top-quality care, supporting the hospital vision of providing extraordinary care for every patient, while keeping the hospital running smoothly. Qualifications

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated leader with:

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - you’ll be guiding and supporting staff in high-pressure situations
  • A passion for teamwork - you love collaborating with diverse teams, from frontline workers to executive leadership
  • A commitment to excellence - you understand the importance of infection control,
  • patient safety, and hospital efficiency
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation & policies - including RHPA, HCCA, Occupational Health & Safety, and more
