Sales Representative / Account Manager - Dental Medical Industry

Position Overview: 

As an Account Manager (Regeneration), you will be primarily responsible for driving business growth, demonstrating clinical applications of our products, and expanding our customer base. Your role involves prospecting and acquiring new customers and business opportunities  while introducing existing ones to our diverse regeneration product range. Alongside internal customer and sales support teams, you will focus on creating an exceptional customer experience.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  2. Integrity-Based Sales Approach: Create, pursue, and win business opportunities through a sales approach grounded in integrity.
  3. Client Engagement: Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospects and existing clients.
  4. CRM Utilization: Effectively manage and document all customer interactions and activities within the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  5. Opportunity Management: Utilize the CRM's Opportunity management tool to advance new business opportunities.
  6. Sales Goals: Achieve monthly or quarterly territory sales goals and customer engagement objectives.
  7. Market Monitoring: Monitor competitive environments and stay updated on market requirements related to our product portfolio.
  8. Customer Engagement Objectives:  Engage either through direct visit or virtual means on a perpetual basis to either conduct business review or to further generate new business development opportunities.
  9. Educational Collaboration: Work with the Clinical Science Team to develop education strategies for prospects and customers.
  10. Product Training: Organize and conduct product training sessions for professional organizations and customers.

 

Requirements:

  1. Dental Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with dental industry experience, such as sales representatives, dental assistants, or hygienists.
  2. Self-Starter: Must be a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  3. Team Player: Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  4. Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills to build and foster customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Technical Skills: Familiarity with mobile CRM systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Power BI experience is a benefit.
  7. Sales Experience: Experience in a business-to-business sales environment is an asset.
