• Run performance check-ins and coach for success

• Build a strong, positive, team-first culture

Own the Operations

• Oversee all service, maintenance, and install work

• Track productivity, manage budgets, and control inventory

• Keep vehicles, tools, and workspaces clean and organized

Elevate Customer Experience

• Ensure every customer is 100% satisfied

• Handle on-site concerns and warranty follow-ups

• Maintain top-tier professionalism in how we look and work

Champion Safety & Systems

• Lead weekly safety meetings and enforce protocols

• Manage on-call schedules and ensure 24/7 coverage

• Train and support staff on ServiceTitan and admin tools
