Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries by providing accurate product information, pricing, and quotes.
- Process and manage customer orders using Sage Business Vision.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion and delivery of orders.
- Provide tracking updates to both customers and sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and product
- knowledge.
- Analyze customer sales data and trends.
- Handle the scheduling, logistics, and management of all trade shows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related inside sales or customer service experience.
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
- Supervisory experience and leadership skills are an asset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptable, flexible, and skilled in critical thinking.
