Responsibilities
  • Support customers with order processing, quotations, product inquiries, and returns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the operations and warehouse teams to arrange deliveries and customer pickups
  • Provide guidance to customers on product selection, features, and appropriate applications
  • Prepare and submit purchase orders to vendors while following up to ensure accuracy and timely confirmation
  • Process sales transactions, record payments accurately in the system, and maintain compliance with company administrative and accounting procedures
  • Assist with inventory counts and warehouse stock verification as required
Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting customers with purchasing or sourcing products, ideally within the construction, building materials, or industrial supply sector
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to multitask and respond efficiently in a fast-moving environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment when handling day-to-day responsibilities
  • Highly organized with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to contribute positively within a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are considered an advantage
