We have an immediate opening for an OVERNIGHT Customer Communications & Dispatch Support Representative located at our Albany office. Our Customer Communications/Support Representatives understand the importance of teamwork and possess a “customer first” attitude. The right candidate also has excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and problem-solve, and can successfully work independently.
Qualifications:

3+ years Customer Service Experience

Excellent communications skills & time management

Problem-solving skills

Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

Call center and experience in electronic customer communications a plus
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Dispatch support for Service Technicians and Fuel Drivers

Administrative tasks as assigned

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Maintain knowledge of our products & services so that you can successfully assist customers.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Miscellaneous tasks to support the company daily operations

Schedule:

OVERNIGHT 9:30pm to 7:30am (Wednesday - Saturday) 10 hour shift 4 day work week
