Job Type: Part-Time / Student Position
Hours: 10–20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Wage: $17/hr

TrueSpec Machining is a precision CNC machine shop serving OEM customers across a range of industries. We are seeking a dependable student or part-time team member to help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean shop floors
• Empty garbage and recycling bins
• Clean washrooms, lunchroom, and office areas
• Complete washroom and facility inspection logs
• Organize tools, materials, and supplies
• Assist with inventory counts and stocking consumables
• Clean, deburr, file, grind, and package machined parts as required
• Prepare and move materials or parts for production
• Help maintain equipment cleanliness and shop organization
• Follow all Health & Safety, WHMIS, and workplace procedures
• Support quality standards through careful handling and inspection of parts
• Perform other general labour and shop support duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Steel-toe safety shoes required
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or custodial experience is an asset, but not required
• Willing to complete required safety training and learn on the job
