Campbell Transportation Services is a family-owned transportation company based in Durham, Ontario, in beautiful Grey County. As we celebrate 29 years in business, we are looking for professional AZ Cross-Border Flatbed Drivers to join our team.

We haul full-load and multi-drop flatbed freight from Ontario to destinations throughout the United States, delivering directly to end users. Our drivers travel beyond the interstate and experience a variety of destinations while working with a supportive, safety-focused team.

Compensation

Earn up to $0.82 per mile, plus additional pay for drops and tarping:

• $0.60 per mile — empty miles
• $0.72 per mile — regular loaded miles
• $0.78 per mile — premium outbound loads
• $0.78 per mile — outbound Northeast loads
• $0.82 per mile — premium Northeast loads
• $75 per drop
• $75 for lumber tarp  and $75 to untarp
• Weekly pay

Expected annual earnings: $90,000 to $110,000, based on miles, routes and applicable additional pay.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer hauling flatbed freight throughout Canada and the United States
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and maintenance
• Conduct required vehicle inspections and report defects
• Comply with hours-of-service requirements and company safety procedures
• Complete and submit required trip paperwork
• Take and submit delivery photographs as required
• Represent Campbell Transportation Services professionally when delivering to customers

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario AZ driver’s licence
• Minimum 3 years of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Ability to legally cross the Canada–U.S. border
• Clean driver’s abstract and CVOR
• Ability to provide a satisfactory criminal record search, where required as part of the hiring process
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
• Professional, safety-focused and team-oriented attitude

Flatbed and multi-drop delivery experience are considered assets.
