Labourer - Civil Construction

Windsor, NS

We are a growing civil construction company specializing in municipal infrastructure, site development, excavation, utilities, grading, and earthworks throughout Nova Scotia. We are seeking motivated Labourers to join our team for the 2026 construction season and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, sewer, storm, and utility installations
• Perform grading, site preparation, and general excavation support
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist operators, pipe layers, and foremen as required
• Install and maintain traffic control and site safety measures
• Perform site clean-up and general labour duties
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Construction experience considered an asset
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labour
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Valid class 5 driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
