Lead Field Glazier (Ticketed)
We’re looking for a ticketed Journeyman Glazier to lead field installations on luxury custom homes, multi-family, and high-performance commercial-to-residential projects.
This is not a shop role. This is a field-first position where you’ll take ownership of installing premium thermally broken aluminum window and door systems, working alongside builders and top-tier trades to deliver exceptional results.
Beyond the job site, this role plays a key part in shaping the future of our ReGen product line, influencing how it’s installed, trained, and supported across the business.

What You’ll Do
- Lead installation of thermally broken aluminum window and door systems
- Contribute to improving installation standards, training, and field practices
- Work on architectural, luxury, and multi-family builds
- Read and execute from drawings, specs, and site conditions
- Perform site assessments, layout, and install sequencing
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues on-site
- Ensure all work meets Lux quality standards, building codes, and performance requirements
- Coordinate with site supers, builders, and other trades
- Mentor and support junior installers and apprentices
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
What You Bring
- Journeyman/ Ticketed Glazier (required)
- 5–10+ years of field installation experience
- Strong experience with aluminum window and door systems, commercial and/or multi-family projects and high-performance building envelope
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Confidence working at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding)
- Strong problem-solving skills and independence on-site
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy glass units and materials (100 lbs.)
