Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled, safety‑minded Field Glazier to join our windows installation team. This is a hands‑on trade role focused on the installation, replacement, and servicing of sealed units and glazing components in residential homes and active construction sites. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works well in a team environment, and understands that safety, precision, and professionalism are non‑negotiable in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and replacement of sealed units and glazing systems in residential and construction environments
• Assist with assessment, adjustment, repair, and installation of window and door components
• Safely handle glass and materials, requiring frequent and repeated lifting of heavy units
• Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and man lifts
• Conduct safety assessments and job site inspections as required
• Build positive, professional relationships with home builders, contractors, and customers
• Maintain a clean, organized work truck and job site
• Practice defensive driving and effective route planning between job sites
• Work independently or as part of a crew while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Follow applicable health, safety, and quality policies at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Proven glazing experience required
• Physically capable of lifting 100 lbs. or more
• Comfortable working at heights and on active job sites
• Interest in learning and continuously improving trade skills
• Flexible availability, including the ability to travel out of town when required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
