Quality Assurance Assistant

We are looking for a temporary/full-time employee to support our Quality Department, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours  as needed.

Requirements

• Food Safety or Quality Assurance diploma, or currently pursuing studies in a related field.
• Technical knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving and investigation skills.
• Comfortable working on the production floor and communicating effectively with employees at all levels.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekend availability when required.

Responsibilities and Areas of Support

• Verification of product specifications.
• Completion and follow-up of scoring programs.
• Monitoring GMP compliance on the production floor.
• Supporting investigations related to quality issues and non-conformances.
• Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality requirements.
