Roles & Responsibilities:

• Complete residential renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, basement suites, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints 
• Layout floors, walls, trusses, and concrete foundations
• Work with a team and help the apprentices below with daily tasks
• Communicate with other trades and managers on sites

 

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Carpentry certificate
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the residential construction industry
• Valid driver's license 
• Renovation and new construction experience
