Sales Representative - Recruitment

We are looking for a Remote Work-From-Home salesperson to call on companies hiring and inform them, and sell them our Recruitment Services.

We are currently looking for a Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team.
In this position you will be working remotely from your home office through our online CRM and communication system.
We are seeking individuals who love the challenge of prospecting and uncovering qualified leads and closing sales. There are over 8.5 million open jobs today in both Canada and the USA. The opportunity is huge and unlimited!
Using your knowledge of our services, you will be responsible for phoning prospective clients, introducing our services, providing the appropriate solutions and closing the sale. This position requires being comfortable selling over the phone and doing zoom presentations.
To excel in this job, you have an understanding of the science of selling and have knowledge of modern day techniques of generating interest, informing and closing the sale.
Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a big plus.
Responsibilities Include:
- Contact HR Managers, Recruiters, VP's, Presidents and Owners who are hiring and introduce them to our recruiting solutions.
- Provide information on our services and close sales.
- Follow-up with clients through calls and emails.
- You will continue to follow up until a sale is made or the prospect is 100% not interested. Even then you are still selling.
Qualifications
- Self-starter and able to work with very little supervision
- Tech savvy, proficient with computers
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of strong client relationships
- Must have a a home office and late model computer, double monitors and a cell phone
- Strong negotiation skills
- Sales experience, specifically in Staffing, Recruiting, Sales, Technology Sales
- Account management experience an asset

Compensation
This is a 100% performance-based role with some of the highest payouts in the industry. Average monthly commissions are between $4,000 and $15,000!
You should have 2 months of savings to sustain yourself until your sales funnel grows. You are running your business within our business. Commissions are unlimited.
