Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and repairs on plumbing and heating systems.
• Installation, repairs and diagnosis of propane gas systems.
• Locating leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water and HVAC systems.
• Fixing issues in water and HVAC systems by repairing or replacing equipment.
• Installing pipes and appropriate fixtures to ensure adequate drainage.
• Consulting with clients to identify and address any other concerns related to their water and HVAC systems.
• Advising clients on appropriate care for their water and HVAC systems

 Qualifications:

• Journeyman Certificate ( Prefer Plumb&Gas)
•  Experienced plumbers with 5  years experience in a commercial setting. Goal oriented and has attention to detail.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Has own trade tools.
• Clean drivers abstract.
• 1st to 4th year apprentice and journeyman plumbing/gas certifications are considered an asset.
