Job Description

Roof Tile Management Inc. is a Canadian heritage restoration, roofing, masonry, and general contracting company with over 40 years in business.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced DZ Flatbed Driver / Moffett Operator to join our construction logistics team in Mississauga.

This is a hands-on driving position involving construction material deliveries, load securement, Moffett/Manitou operation, equipment care, and physical labour when required.

Responsibilities

• Complete construction material deliveries and pickups throughout the GTA
• Operate DZ flatbed trucks and Moffett/Manitou equipment
• Load, unload, tarp, strap, and properly secure materials
• Deliver materials to active construction sites
• Verify loads and delivery paperwork
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Keep truck, cab, flatbed, and equipment clean and well maintained
• Perform basic equipment care including greasing and routine checks
• Report maintenance, damage, and safety issues promptly
• Assist with loading, unloading, organizing materials, and general labour as required
• Safely lift and move construction materials
• Follow RTM health and safety procedures and applicable transportation regulations

Job Requirements

• Valid Ontario DZ licence
• Clean or acceptable driver’s abstract and CVOR
• Commercial driving experience
• Flatbed and load-securement experience
• Moffett, Manitou, or forklift experience is a strong asset
• Construction or building-material delivery experience is an asset
• Physically capable of loading, unloading, tarping, securing, and moving construction materials
• Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
• Takes pride in the care and condition of trucks and equipment
