Job Description

Roof Tile Management Inc. is a Canadian roofing and restoration contractor with over 40 years in business.

We are looking for experienced roofers to join our team working on a variety of roofing, restoration, commercial, institutional, and residential projects.

Experience with slate or heritage roofing is an asset but is not required. We are interested in experienced roofers from a variety of roofing backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace roofing systems
• Perform tear-offs, preparation, flashing, waterproofing, and roofing installation
• Work with sloped, flat, metal, cedar, slate, and specialty roofing systems
• Measure, cut, fit, and install roofing materials
• Load, unload, and move roofing materials
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow company safety and quality standards
• Work efficiently as part of a roofing crew

Job Requirements

• Previous roofing experience required
• Comfortable working at heights
• Physically capable of roofing and construction labour
• Valid driver's licence and ability to drive
• Reliable transportation
• Willing and able to travel and work out of town when required
• Reliable and able to work as part of a productive crew
• Slate, cedar, metal, copper, flat roofing, or restoration experience is an asset
• Working at Heights certification is an asset

Pay & Benefits
