We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our passionate team and support our daily administrative and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management, engineering, and production teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for general phone calls and email inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments (e.g., Service, Sales, or Engineering).

• Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.

• Assist with data entry, generating internal reports, and preparing basic correspondence.

• Manage office and breakroom supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to support staff well-being.

• Welcome and direct visitors, vendors, and clients with a professional and hospitable demeanor.

• Assist the Accounting Administrator and other departments with special administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant administrative certification is a plus.

• 1–3 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office support role (experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is highly desired).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Ability to navigate the office area and occasionally traverse the production and testing floors safely.
