Based in Maple Grove, MN, we take pride in the exceptional craftsmanship of our high-end audio equipment. We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our production team and help build the world's finest audio products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical assembly of high-end audio equipment chassis, internal components, and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions.

  • Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to secure parts and ensure precise alignment.

  • Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

  • Conduct basic in-process quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet strict company standards and specifications.

  • Collaborate with the Engineering and QA teams to troubleshoot assembly issues or report defective components.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification is a plus.

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Proficiency in using basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools) and light power tools.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods during a standard shift.

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.

  • Will be exposed to a typical manufacturing and assembly floor environment.
