CNC Machinist(s) - Program, Set-Up & Run

Company Overview:
Our company is a well-established organization that specializes in the manufacturing of precision components and sub-assemblies for the aerospace, aircraft, military, medical, optical and defense sectors. We are looking to increase our diverse and dynamic team with the addition of skilled individuals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create accurate machining specifications
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place, when needed
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance, when needed
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience operating Mills, Lathes, and EDM machines
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- Proficient in CNC programming languages, familiarity with CAD software for designing machining programs (Mastercam, Hypermill, & Esprit)
