Senior Regional Credit and Collections Manager

Wage: 60-80K yearly

Daily Task:

• Oversee application for credit request for approval or disapproval
• Processing credit approvals of up to 200K
• Approve and disapprove credit limit increases
• Processing payments and working with cash application debt
• Offer customers advice and solutions on payment plans
• Communicating with other departments for continuous guidance and success
• Being the point of contact to solve issues and offer solutions
• Testing Enterprise Resource Planning pertaining to credit
• Overseeing hiring and new employees
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in related field or Accounting, Administration or finance
• MS office proficiency
• 5+ years or more dealing with credit destruction
• Experience reading and interpreting financial documents
• Experience using Testing Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience using Point of Sale systems
• Reading and comprehending credit reports from various sources
• Construction credit experience
• Ability to work independently
• Works well with others and able to build and foster new relationships
• Ability to work in high volume environments
• Proven success rate
• A love of numbers and general understanding of simple accounting
• Good communication skills
• Limited ability to travel to conferences and meeting - under 10%
