Commercial Insurance Account Executive - Ribo Licensed

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for sales, account management, and providing exceptional customer service for commercial insurance clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales-Driven Focus: Your primary responsibility will be sales, with a strong emphasis on follow-ups and relationship management.

  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns on a day-to-day basis.

  • Renewals & Negotiations: Process renewals and negotiate new client insurance needs.

  • Claims Processing: Assist clients in processing claims efficiently.

  • Insurer Liaison: Work closely with insurers to negotiate on behalf of clients.

 
Qualifications:
  • RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) is required.

  • 5+ years of commercial insurance experience.

  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

  • Experience negotiating with insurers.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Experience with insurance industry software systems (preferably TAM) is an asset.

Work Arrangement:
This role will initially be onsite for training and may transition into a hybrid position depending on business needs.
